Exchanges and Returns Policy

Exchanges are available within 7 days of the date you receive your order. We do accept returns on orders if the products received are incorrect or defective. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including shipping the original item back to us and the cost of shipping the replacement item, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part or a defective product. To request an exchange, please contact us at bob@p1packaging.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If there are any issues with your order, such as incorrect quantities, defects, or quality concerns, we ask that you contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

How to Report an Issue:

If your order has an issue (e.g., wrong quantity, defective, or damaged), please reach out to us at bob@p1packaging.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue and determine the appropriate next steps. We may require photos or additional details to evaluate the problem

Credit for Future Orders:

In rare cases, where compensation is necessary due to an error or defect, we may offer a credit toward future orders. Please note that any credits are issued at the discretion of P1 Packaging and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Time:

Any approved credits will be processed within 10 business days. Once issued, you can use the credit toward any future purchases on our website.
