Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. Territories.

2. Fulfillment Timeline

  • Processing Speed: We aim to have all orders packed and transferred to our shipping carriers by the end of the next business day.

  • Unexpected Delays: While we maintain a high standard for speed, shipping is subject to "spurious delays" due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, carrier backlogs, or supply chain interruptions.

3. Shipping Carriers & Substitutions

We primarily utilize UPS and USPS for our deliveries.

  • Carrier Discretion: P1 Packaging reserves the right to select and/or substitute the shipping carrier or service at our discretion.

  • Rate Accuracy: Because third-party calculated rates and delivery estimates can occasionally be inaccurate, we may adjust the carrier to ensure your package is handled efficiently and cost-effectively.

4. Expedited & Special Shipping

If you select a specialized shipping speed (e.g., Overnight or 2-Day):

  • We will ensure that the substituted service maintains the delivery speed you paid for, regardless of the carrier used.

  • If for any reason we cannot meet the requested expedited timeline, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternatives or provide a refund for shipping costs.

5. Shipping Rates & Promotions

  • Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all Mylar orders.

  • Rate Structure: We are currently transitioning from flat-rate shipping to a calculated-rate approach. During this transition, you may see a mix of flat-rate and real-time calculated costs at checkout depending on the items in your cart.

6. Local Pickup

For our local customers, we offer Free Local Pickup.

  • Select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout.

  • You will receive a notification via email when your order is ready for collection, along with instructions on where and when to pick up your items.

7. Tracking & Communication

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.
