Welcome to P1 Packaging! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to P1 Packaging. P1 Packaging operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a reliable packaging supply experience (the “Services”). P1 Packaging is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage. To use the Services, including purchasing products, you may be asked to provide certain information such as billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the authority to provide it. You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and all activity under your account. Accounts may not be transferred, licensed, or sold to any other person.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

We make every effort to accurately depict our packaging products; however, the appearance, color, or quality of products may vary due to device displays, manufacturing variations, or material differences. We do not warrant that product appearance or quality will meet your expectations or be identical to images or representations online. All product descriptions, specifications, and availability are subject to change at our discretion without notice. We may discontinue or limit any product at any time. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. P1 Packaging reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we send an order confirmation. Please review your order carefully prior to checkout, as cancellation requests may not be accommodated once an order is processed. Your purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which includes our no returns accepted policy. Issues such as incorrect quantities, defects, or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. You represent and warrant that purchases made through the Services are for your own use and not for resale.

SECTION 3 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change at any time without notice. The prices charged will be those displayed at the time your order is placed. Prices listed do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide complete and accurate billing and payment information. You warrant that (i) the payment information provided is valid and authorized, (ii) charges will be honored by your payment provider, and (iii) you agree to pay all applicable charges, including taxes and shipping.

All content, trademarks, designs, images, text, and materials provided through the Services are owned by P1 Packaging or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent. All P1 Packaging names, logos, and branding are trademarks of P1 Packaging. Shopify’s trademarks remain the property of Shopify.

SECTION 5 – PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain personal data will be shared with and processed by Shopify and its service partners. If you opt-in to SMS messaging, your phone number and consent data will be used specifically for that purpose and will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes, except as required to provide the SMS service (e.g., to our primary service provider). SECTION 6 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS, AND TERMINATION

Occasionally, information on the Services may contain inaccuracies or omissions. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without notice, including after an order is submitted. We may terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice. You remain responsible for any outstanding payments through the date of termination.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and P1 Packaging. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights at any time. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which P1 Packaging is headquartered. You consent to jurisdiction and venue in those courts. Headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect. We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

SECTION 8 – SMS/MOBILE MESSAGING

By opting into P1 Packaging’s mobile messaging service, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., cart reminders, sales alerts, order updates) at the phone number provided at opt-in. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

- Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from our SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
- Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at bob@p1packaging.com.
- Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. P1 Packaging is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
